Village Green Apartments (Madison, SD)

Village Green is a 4-building, split-level complex with 8 units per building. Each building has laundry facilities and reserved parking for the tenants. This complex is part of the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Project. We provide water, sewer, garbage, stove, refrigerator, and air conditioners.

Location:

Village Green Apartments are located at the corner of 3rd Street and North Division in Madison, South Dakota.

Cost:

Currently we have 22 subsidized units. The non-subsidized units rent from $365 - $400. The amount your rent would be is based on your income. There is a $365 security deposit required and we do not allow pets. The average utility cost per month is $45. An allowance is subtracted from your portion of the rent.
