MHRC Townhomes (Madison, SD)

The complex was built in 2000 and contains 8 units: four 2-bedroom units that are one level (1 is Fully Handicap Accessible) and four 3-bedroom units that are two levels. Each Townhome is equipped with laundry hook-ups, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and attached garage with electric garage door opener. The heat is Natural Gas and you pay for your own utilities.

MHRC Townhomes are located at 1100 & 1110 North Harth, Units 1-8, in Madison, South Dakota

Cost:

The 2-bedroom units rent for $650 a month. The 3-bedroom units rent for $750 a month. Each requires a one year lease. The security deposit is equal to the first month's rent. Pets are NOT allowed.
