Madison Arms Apartments (Madison, SD)

Madison Arms Apartments are a split-level complex which contains 8 units.  Off-street parking as well as on-site laundry facility is provided.  This complex is part of the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Project. We provide water, sewer, garbage, stove, refrigerator, and air conditioners.

Location:

Madison Arms is located at 1030 N. Lincoln in Madison, South Dakota. We are two blocks away from the Madison Hospital and Medical Clinic. The Community Center is located across the street and Dakota State University is located 2 blocks East and 2 blocks South of the complex.

Cost:

All 8 units are subsidized by USDA Rural Development.  Rent is based on income. The range for units without subsidy is $382 - $440. There is a $400 security deposit required and we do not allow pets. The average utility cost per month is $42. An allowance is subtracted from a tenants’ portion of the rent.
