Lakeview Tower (Madison, SD)
The 94 unit Apartment Complex is a site with activities, amenities, and a great community atmosphere. Amenities include a community room, lounge, pool room, and is the site of 60's plus dining. There are two elevators along with stairs to the upper levels. Most units have a balcony for your viewing pleasure. Weekly bingo, prayer groups, church services, game nights, pot luck parties, picnics, Christmas party, and birthday parties are just a few of the activities in the building.
Location:
Lakeview Tower Apartments are located at 111 S. Washington Ave in Madison, SD. The Tower overlooks the city and is close to downtown. It was originally designed for elderly, handicapped, and disabled persons, however we now admit persons of all ages.
Cost:
The amount of rent is based on income. We have a minimum rent of $50 per month. In addition to this rent amount, a tenant is required to pay $13 for cable TV. The rate for units without subsidy is $311 for efficiency, $378 for 2 bedroom, and 444 for 2 bedroom. The security deposit is equal to the first months rent. All utilities are provided. The building is wired for High-speed internet access as well as digital cable with Midcontinent Communications.
