Knollwood Heights (Rapid City, SD)
This complex is part of the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Project. It contains 4 buildings, each with 21 units per building. The 84 unit Apartment Complex is equipped with laundry facilities on each floor of each building. The buildings are split-level with seven units on each floor. We provide all utilities except telephone and cable TV. The units are not air conditioned.
Location:
Knollwood Heights Apartments are located on Surfwood Drive in Rapid City, South Dakota. The complex is 2 blocks south of the Rushmore Mall and 10 blocks away from discount shopping and several restaurants.
Cost:
All units at Knollwood Heights are subsidized. The rent will be determined by your families income with a minimum of $25. The rate for units without subsidy is $440 for 1 bedroom apartments and $563 for 2 bedroom apartments. The security deposit required is equal to your first months rent, or a minimum of $50. We do not allow pets.
