Gateway I & II (Kadoka, SD)
The Gateway Apartments are designed for those who are elderly, disabled, and handicapped. This complex features 2 buildings with a total of 30 apartments. Each building features laundry facilities, a meeting room, a lounge, a site for 60's plus dining. In addition, we provide all utilities.
Location:
These apartments are located in South Dakota's best kept secret, Kadoka, SD. Kadoka is a cozy rural farming community with a small town atmosphere. This city is located approximately 50 miles east of Rapid City.
Cost:
All of our units in Gateway Apartments are subsidized. The amount your rent would be is based on your income and all utilities are included. The range for units without subsidy is $593 - $746. The security deposit required is equal to your first months rent and we do allow pets.
