Welcome to Professional Management, Inc.
Professional Management, Inc. is a subsidized rental management company, which is located in Madison, South Dakota.
We manage six different apartment sites in South Dakota as well as
managing the Section 8 voucher program for Lake and Miner counties.
The staff in our home office includes president, Rhonda K. Roling and occupancy staff, Brenda Strom. Each of our apartment sites have individual on-site managers along with highly qualified maintenance personnel.
Our housing opportunities are funded by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), USDA's Rural Development, and the South Dakota Housing Development Authority. Subsidized housing allows us to provide adequate housing for families of all income levels.
